Drivers age 21-23 may rent a vehicle for an additional charge of USD 5, 00 per Day with higher CDW deductible. No additional charges will apply if the renter is over the age of 23.

C.D.W - loss damage waiver is an optional product, it is a waiver of direct rent a car rights to collect from the renter for damages caused to the rental vehicle over the deductible amount. Deductible varies by vehicle. C.D.W. charges are:
14.00 to 25, 00 USD per day. C.D.W. All waivers will be void if the terms of the rental agreement are violated. All of the products or waivers listed will become null and void in the event of negligence while driving or while in possession of the rental vehicle such as driving the vehicle across beaches, rivers, desert etc. Or driving under the influence of liquor, drugs or any other substance that could impair the drivers ability to operate the vehicle. Other negligent acts include, but are not limited to, leaving the keys in the ignition with the vehicle unattended, falling asleep while driving, ignoring traffic signs or police officers. --Written proof-- if renter wishes to decline the C.D.W liability waiver or C.D.W loss damage waiver and rely on the their own personal insurance, the renter must provide written proof from their insurance company, specifically stating coverage is effective in the country of Jordan for the duration of the rental agreement for third part liability. A minimum security deposit of $1500usd will be required, if customer does not accept our C.D.W then C.D.W will automatically be required.
Removes the drivers responsibility to part of the vehicle incase of damage.

Direct rent a car accepts all major credit cards. No one other than the person named on the credit card may use that credit card for the deposit.
The card holder must be present at the time of rental.
A renter must present a valid driver license at the time of rental.
Foreign renters must present a valid driver license and a valid passport and based on the date of the entry stamp, will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 90 days, present at time of rental.

If customer prefers not to purchase RSP then will be responsible for any *service fees* in the case said customer requires any of the services listed above.
vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge.
If the customer returned the vehicle with fuel less than it was when he/she pick it up, he will bear the difference.
If the customer returned the vehicle with fuel more than it was when he/she pick it up, Direct rent a car will not be responsible about that.

There may be an additional charge for dropping off the vehicle at a different office. The drop off charge varies depending at which office you are renting from and which office you are returning the vehicle into.

The amount of the rental plus a minimum of $ 500, will be held in your card at the time of the rental, once the vehicle is returned this deposit will be released this process can take 7 to 14 business days.

Credit cards will be subject to verification at the moment of the rental.
For those reservations that require a credit card guarantee, customers will be subject to a two day rental fee if they fail to show up to rent their reserved car, or if reservations are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date through the source the reservation was made through.
Holding reserved vehicles - vehicles are held for two hours after Reserved arrival time. When flight details are provided, we will hold vehicle for up to two hours after flight arrival. In the event of delays, you may call or e-mail Jordan to advise of any changes in your pick up time. After the two-hour window, you will be considered a no-show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending upon availability.
